A confirmed one first: Raul Albiol has moved to Real Madrid, penning a five-year deal after leaving Valencia. The fee? We don't know - the 'undisclosed' disease strikes again! But, rumours within Spain have it at no more than €15 million - probably less.
Real Madrid aren't finished spending yet, oh no. Ricardo Carvalho of Chelsea - thought to be close to Inter - is said to be on the shopping list.
But Inter can't be counted out: another Chelsea man, Didier Drogba, has been linked with them, as England looks like it's selling more than it's buying (at least, if one believes the paper.)
It's not all one-way traffic, though. Manchester United fans will have seen their team linked with Real Madrid forward Klaas-Jan Huntelaar (who only arrived in Spain in January, remember), as well as not-quite local boy turned good Giuseppe Rossi, late of Villarreal.
On the other side of the northern city, Jo could be en route to Everton as makeweight in the deal to bring Joleon Lescott to the City of Manchester Stadium. Not far away, Blackburn Rovers are after Benfica's Oscar Cardozo, while Benfica themselves weigh up a loan move for Javier Saviola of Real Madrid.
Down at Chelsea, the Blues are, according to Carlos Tevez's agent, interested in Tevez, as are Manchester City and 'another club'. Andrei Shevchenko, not interesting Chelsea much, is said to favour a move to Roma.
In Rome, Lazio president Lotito has mooted a possible return for Pavel Nedved, while further north, Aly Cissokho won't come to Milan unless the price is paid, according to Porto.
Finally, a tale of two Phillips: Filipe is ready to leave Deportivo La Coruna for Barcelona, and Felipe Melo is happy at Fiorentina, says his agent.
